Marches Paris 2012 – Call to all French citizens

We will walk with one main objective: to be open to all in order to create a convergence in a common fight and in order to support the idea (among many others) which consists in ​​creating a constituent assembly. A statement of precise claims is being currently written, and it will be presented during the marches and discussed during the citizens meetings which would be organized by theme. 

Faced with the current system, both economic-social and environmental, that has forgotten the human and the living, our duty is to have a collective response and assert our demand for change. This response will manifest through our ability to come together and converge towards a common ideal. This citizens’ initiative requires the participation of all citizens, groups, associations, etc. We need to create an event that concentrates the largest number of people in Paris with the objective that the ones who should represent us, be obliged to hear and listen the voice of the people.

El segundo día del Agora Internacional de Roma se ha iniciado con la participación de los acampados de San Giovanni en la manifestación convocada por el “Zero Waste”, una organización que trabaja para evitar las obras de un vertedero de Roma que se quiere ampliar. La organizacion romana ha hecho una asamblea con un representante del ayuntamiento para exigir que sus demandas sean atendidas, ya que alegan que la ampliacion de ese vertedero es un ataque muy grave al medioambiente. Aprovechando el encuentro con los activistas del “Zero Waste” se les ha invitado para que participen en el Agora Roma.

The second day of the International Agora Rome has begun with the participation of the campers from San Giovanni in the demonstration called by the ” Waste Zero”, an organization that works to avoid the enlargement works of the landfill Malagrotta. The roman organization has a meeting with a representative of City Hall to demand their claims, they argue that the expansion of the landfill is a very serious attack to the environment. The walkers have invited the activists of “Waste Zero” to participate in the Agora Rome.

Il secondo giorno dell’Agorà Internazionale di Roma è iniziato con la partecipazione degli accampati di San Giovanni alla manifestazione convocata da “Zero Waste”, un’organizzazione che lavora per evitare i lavori di ampliamento della discarica di Malagrotta. L’organizzazione romana ha fatto un’assemblea con un rappresentante del Municipio per fare in modo che le proposte vengano prese in considerazione, poichè informano che l’ampliamento di questa discarica è un attacco gravissimo all’ambiente. Approfittando dell’incontro con gli attivisti di “Zero Waste”, questi sono stati invitati a partecipare all’Agorà di Roma.

* Tarde-Noche: veladas con velas, primero en silencio, en memoria a la personas que han muerto en su lucha por una democracia en Túnez, en Egipto y en Siria. Después, el silencio se disolverá en una nota de esperanza y de fiesta para celebrar el aniversario de la revolución de Túnez.

  * 15h30, Assemblée : Thème : Qu’est ce qu’une démocratie.

  * Soirée :  veillée aux bougies, tout d’abord silencieuse, à la mémoire des personnes mortes dans leur combat pour la démocratie, entres autres en Tunisie, en Egypte, et en Syrie. Puis, nous laisserons le silence se dissoudre dans une note d’espoir et de fête, en célébrant l’anniversaire de la révolution tunisienne.
