El equipo de dinamización hace una breve introducción a la asamblea en la que se explica que esta asamblea no es decisoria sino simplemente de coordinación de los grupos de trabajo internacionales que trabajan para la preparación del 12M Y 15M. Se explican los símbolos que se usan en esta asamblea, consistentes en escribir en el chat de mumble un +1 si estas de acuerdo con la propuesta y un -1 si no lo estas. Se recomienda el uso de auriculares con micrófono para evitar ecos y reverberaciones. Se presenta el equipo de moderación y el orden del día:

Dinamización pide a los grupos de trabajo que se adjunte el acta de la última reunión y la hora y lugar de la próxima reunión. Se pide a los grupos que tengan un email de contacto y que envien acta y otros documentos al correo de dinamización para facilitar la difusión y publicación. -El correo de contacto es dinamization12m15m@gmail.com Se propone una perodicidad bisemanal para potenciar Grupos de trabajo, ya que si hay asamblea general cada semana los grupos no tienen tiempo de trabajar. Así pues la proxima reunión será el sábado día 3. Recordamos el consenso de la anterior reunión que se consensuó la rotación de servers: occupytalk → takethesquare → democraciarealya → cryptoginous. Así pues, la siguiente reunión será en el server de takethesquare en la sala 12M15M Igualmente se hará un barrido por las demás salas para asegurar que no haya nadie que se pierda la reunión.

-El correo de contacto es globalcall@metabilly.org Se informa que para el 15O no se hizo ninguna global call, y no hay gente que no cree que sea necesario para el 12M15M. Argumenta que es mejor una local call de cada sitio. Se comenta que la deuda externa podria ser un punto de conexión, ya que seguramente todas estariamos de acuerdo en anularla.

Se habla de cambiar el horario de las reuniones ya que en china son las 4 de la madrugada. Se habla de hacer un horario rotativo, se habla de hacer varias reuniones en franjas horarias distintas. The facilitators team gives a brief introduction to the assembly in which explains that this assembly is not decisional but merely for the coordination of international working groups working for the preparation of 12M and 15M.

Facilitators group asked the working groups to attach the minutes of last meeting and the time and place of next meeting. Groups are also asked to create a contact email and send Minutes and other documents to facilitators mail to facilitate the dissemination and publication of their work progress

We propose a biweekly Assemblies to enhance working groups enough time to develop.

It is reported that for the 15O we did not make a Global Call, since it is difficult to resume all demands on a global one. And some people do not think is necessary for 12M15M. they argued that local call is better to adapt to each different context.

They are making connections with all possible places to get a global coordination for the 12th and 15th May. Their core work is mostly Europe and America. But they are contacting with Russia, Australia and the Arab world. They also seek to have contacts with the Asian world.

There is open a talk of possible changing/rotating the schedule of meetings in order to facilitate China participation (due to different timing). We talk about different possibilities to facilitate different regions as rotating schedule, or several meetings based on different time zones. Since is a important topic, there will be a specific agenda point on this issue next meeting. (March 3th on Takethesquare server)
Is reported that every Thursday from now on, on Occupy server will be hold a meeting to discuss what is happening on the camps and local assemblies worldwide. Be free to disseminate and participate
