Spanish citizens launch a campaign called @15MpaRato in order to identify and prosecute politicians and bankers responsible for fraud #15MpaRato (Eng, Cast, Cat))

The process begins pointing at Rodrigo Rato (second vice president of Spanish government and Minister of Economy between 1996 and 2004) and plans uncover the bad management of politicians and bankers responsible for the crisis, proposing to end with the impunity of their acts and behaviour.

May 23, 2012. - Members of various groups participating in the 15M movement (‘spanish indignados’); DRY (Real Democracy Now) with its Citizen Rescue Plan, the PAH (platform of affected by mortgages), the Citizen Debt Audit platform, X.net, #CierraBankia, TomaTuBanco (‘take your bank’), Democracy 4.0, # OpEuribor, Iaioflautas (elder activists), TomaParte and many others, have coordinated this specific initiative.

Through citizen journalism, curated by Minileaks website, volunteer lawyers and groups of experts in financial crime; the project collects anonymous information that any citizen wishes to give to uncover civil, criminal and ethical implications of this “crisis” and prosecute those responsible … starting specifically with Rodrigo Rato.

The people have decided to do what governments will never do.

What is proposed with @15mpaRato campaign? Why Rodrigo Rato?

#15MpaRato considers it essential for Spain to start a process similar to the Icelandic experience, including trials to point out those responsible for this scam called “crisis.”

TACTICAL BRIEFING #32 – Occupy’s Turning Point

We innovate spontaneously – we play jazz

Hey you nimble dreamers, occupiers, believers,

Last May 15, a hundred thousand indignados in Spain seized the squares across their nation, held people’s assemblies and catalyzed a global tactical shift that birthed Occupy Wall Street four months later. Our movement outflanked governments everywhere with a thousand encampments in large part because no one was prepared for Occupy’s magic combination of Spain’s transparent consensus-based acampadas with the Tahrir-model of indefinite occupation of symbolic space. Now exactly a year later, a big question mark hangs over our movement because it is clear that the same tactics may never work again.

Spring re-occupations have largely failed here in North America. The May Day General Strike was stifled by aggressive, preemptive policing that neutralized Occupy’s signature moves. In light of these challenges, Saturday’s May 12 rebirth of the indignados could be a tactical turning point.

Adbusters Magazine TACTICAL BRIEFING #28 – #PLAYJAZZ‏

Hey you nimble dreamers, wild cats and horizontals out there,

Our Spring offensive is building toward a climactic May uprising… time to come out of winter hibernation and play jazz like we’ve never played it before.

May 1 we leap into the new world with a mighty multinational General Strike. Wherever you are, No Work; No School; No Shopping. No illusions. No apologies. No business as usual. Into The Streets!

May 12, we intensify with three days of global action. Jammers in London, Lisbon, Paris, Marseilles, Helsinki, Cuzco, Barcelona, Quebec are already on board with more on the way. We’ll hold our assemblies, hash out our demands and start building a parallel society that can sustain autonomous, horizontal, revolutionary communities outside of corpo-consumerism … we stop begging and we start creating … we begin the change we want to see.

We scared the G8 away from Chicago and now some occupiers are planning #OCCUPYCAMPDAVID – a cacophonous carnival of tree-sits, lockdowns and nomadic encampments in the woods and nearby Thurmont. Bon Voyage! Others are upping the ante with #OCCUPYCHICAGO – a mobilization of anarchic swarms to shutdown the NATO summit.

And then one of the softer aesthetic moments of our Spring offensive could well be the #LAUGHRIOT on May 18, the day the G8 leaders meet in Camp David. There is something totally ludicrous, absurd, even insane about the eight most powerful people in the world deciding to do the people’s business people behind closed doors and razor wire fences. This veneer of legitimacy is our tragedy turned to farce.

As Aristotle observed, to laugh is uniquely human… Imagine the scene: first a few hundred of us, then a few thousand, then millions of people across the world — each in their own way, some individually, some collectively in flash mobs, offices, parks, encampments — all breaking out in uproarious laughter on May 18. This could be a delicious defining moment – the day when the people of the world have a good laugh together and, from that point on, start thinking differently about how the world should be governed.

Then we get ready for our next big challenge: How to Occupy the U.S. Presidential Election on November 6.

Time to play wild, spontaneous jazz as Miles Davis intended,

for the wild,

In the afternoon all participated in a demostration organised by diffent italian collectives and unions. The meeting point was in Piazza Medaglie d’Oro and the peacefull parade arrived to Piazza Affari, where poeple from the different collectives talked about the main issues, asking for the writing off of debt, halt to social cuts and end of corruption. People from Anti-TAV movement called for solidarity with the difficult situation of the protesters in Susa Valley, trying to stop the unsustainble construction of the high speed train.

Saturday meeting was held in the occupied social center Casa Morigi. The main issues discussed were GlobalMay mobilizations May 12-15th (http://www.globalmay.org/) and Blockupy Frankfurt May 16-19th (http://www.european-resistance.org/es/international ). A skype call with an Occupy Wall Street New York activist also took place, who gave updates on activities and mobilisations programmed in the United States, that will concentrate on May 1st Mayday.

A call for actions and assemblies, with or without camps, from 1st to 15th May will be made in the next days. Countries present want to use the two weeks from May 1st and assemblies to build up to 12th and 15th May and discuss where to go from there at a local and international level.

Манифест Occupy Saint-Petresburg, Russia

March to Athens Day 114-XL, Potenza

Popular assembly in Potenza

Potenza, February 29

Dear people,

Our group is growing stronger. We have been joined by another Neapolitan, we have almost reached the mountain top, and we are seriously starting to focus on Greece.

Things got a lot more relaxed ever since comrade Marianne left. In the end there was complete incommunicability between her and many of the French.

Proposal from the Greek Committee against Debt. (ENG, ESP)

Athens, February 17th, 2012

Dear friends/comrades,

We, the Greek committee against the debt, take the initiative to address ourselves to you and invite you to propose, prepare and organize a large, united, militant and massive European day of solidarity with the Greek people. An action against austerity policies, privatizations and the dismantling of public services across Europe, with the objective of the cancellation of the Greek public debt. The reason for our proposal is clear: using Greek debt as a pretext, the Troika (IMF, European Central Bank and European Commission) has transformed Greece into a laboratory for the most inhumane and barbaric austerity policies, that are nondemocratic and antisocial. To test the endurance and resilience of the Greek people, turned into guinea pigs, the Troika opens a leeway to widespread application of these same policies all over Europe. However, at present, two years after the release of this frontal assault against the Greek ‘guinea pig’, there is no place left for doubt: on the streets and squares of Greece people are fighting for the fate of Greek society, for national sovereignty and the so brutalized Greek democracy, for workers and pensioners, for the unemployed, the young, women and all the oppressed of our country. But what is also at stake is the fate of the vast majority of European citizens, for which the Troika, the undemocratic reaction block and big capital are reserving the same future.

So yes, we are not afraid to say it: what Spain was in 1936 for the Europe ‘from those below’, is the same struggle of Greece in 2012 for the Europe of today. 1936 was a defeat because the triumphant Spanish resistance to fascism was tragically left alone and unaided. Needless of recalling the nightmare consequences of the defeat of the Spanish ‘guinea pig’ and open wounds left behind up to today.

The question we address is therefore simple: are we willing to let history repeat itself? Can we accept a crushing defeat of the current Greek ‘guinea pig’, which would have long-term tragic consequences for all people and workers in Europe?

Dear friends, dear comrades,

We are sure that your answer is a resounding “NO”. But that is not enough in the present state of things. At a time in which time is desperately pressing down, because the Greek people do not have an unlimited resistance against an international over armed enemy, very well organized and coordinated, the situation calls for the first demonstration of European direct solidarity, loud and massive. In other words, we need-in short, a Europe-wide mobilization ‘from below’, with a double function: first, to show the Greeks in battle that they are not alone, that their struggle is part of the fight of most oppressed European, and therefore have more opportunities to win. On the other hand, to take the first step towards creating and developing a massive European movement of resistance, that we are so much in need for.

Nuestra triple A: Auditoría, Acción, Anulación (Esp,Eng)

AAA…

So it's final now...

Reblogged from Real Democracy GR - MultiMedia Team:

The masks have completely fallen… IMF, EU officials and “our” government (the non-elected, ex-banker new prime minister with his 3 political allies, main responsible for this crisis  & ruling for the last 40 years) has decided yesterday for a 3rd even harder, more destructive package of austerity measures which will turn Greece to the country it was just after the 2nd World War…
