Opening of the squat

On Saturday, 13/07/2013 at approx. 5 p.m. a police patrol drove up at the squatted building at Worcella Str. 8. Seeing one of the residents in the window, they asked him to approach the door. Two people approached the police car parked nearby, and having their data written down, the officers searched them and arrested (moment of the arrest: the video below). When the police tried to get inside, four people managed to leave the building without being seen. When they got to the police station to get information about detained colleagues, they found out that they had been released. The police destroyed their phones, and then bullied them. It is not known what will be the legal consequences of this incident, we are waiting for further developments.

W sobotę 13.07.2013 ok. godz. 17.00 pod budynek skłotu przy ul. Worcella 8 podjechał patrol policji. Widząc w oknie jednego z mieszkańców, poprosili o podejście do drzwi. Dwóch mieszkańców podeszło do zaparkowanego w pobliżu radiowozu, po spisaniu ich danych funkcjonariusze przeszukali ich i zatrzymali (moment zatrzymania: film poniżej). W momencie gdy policjanci usiłowali dostać się do wnętrza, czworgu mieszkańców udało się niepostrzeżenie opuścić budynek. Gdy następnie udali się na komisariat, aby uzyskać informacje o zatrzymanych kolegach, dowiedzieli się, że zostali oni wypuszczeni. Policjanci zniszczyli ich telefony, a nastęnie pobili. Nie wiadomo, jakie będą konsekwencje prawne tego zajścia, czekamy na dalszy rozwój wypadków.

El sábado 13 de julio, aproximadamente a las 5pm, un coche patrulla de la policía se acerco al nuevo espacio autogestionado en la calle Worcella nr8. Vieron a uno de los residentes en la ventana y le pidieron que se acercase a la puerta. Dos personas se acercaron al coche patrulla aparcado cerca y, habiendo entregado sus correspondientes documentos, los agentes les registraron y les arrestaron (momento de la detención: vídeo más abajo). Cuando la policía trató de entrar, cuatro personas es escabullieron sin ser vistas. Cuando fueron a la comisaría a preguntar por los detenidos, encontraron que ya habían sido liberados. La policía destruyó sus teléfonos y les agredió. No se sabe cuales serán las consecuencias legales de este incidente, estamos a la espera de como se desarrolla la situación.
